San Francisco Home: Three Bedroom Designs (Before & After)

In part one of my San Francisco re-design I showed the before and after photos of the living room, dining room and bar area.  Check out that major transformation if you missed it!  In this post let's head upstairs to the bedrooms.  My client is a lover of all things French.  For the master bedroom she wanted something feminine yet not too feminine, hints of color but not too much color and a place to display books and special items.  I named the downstairs area Moulin Rouge but for the master bedroom, let's call it Parisian Chic.

This is the view from the master bedroom window!  Before the re-design the only way to see this spectacular sight was to stand in the corner looking out, now there is a stool and bistro table to sit and enjoy the bay and Golden Gate Bridge.&nbs…

In the guest bedroom my client wanted to be more daring with colors and patterns.  She specifically wanted a Moroccan theme.  When it was complete she named it Casablanca. It was great having a client who enjoyed naming rooms too : )

Now for the fun first grader bedroom!  Much of the furniture and decor was already there, it just wasn't "put together" yet.  I moved some of the furniture, decor and art around, did a fun family decoupage project (which I'll talk about in a later post) and made it all come together in a fun and functional way.
